If iCake cannot fulfil a confirmed order because the design is not safely or technically achievable, production capacity is full, required materials are unavailable and no suitable alternative is accepted, or for another reason within iCake's control, iCake will cancel the affected order and provide a full refund. If a customer cancels because they changed their mind, supplied incorrect or incomplete information, failed to provide requested information or approval in time, or for another customer-related reason, any refund approved by iCake will be reduced by a 5% cancellation and administration fee. Please place a customised cake order at least 48 hours before your requested pickup or delivery time, measured in Melbourne local time. Earlier ordering is recommended for complex designs, large orders or special materials. Every customised order remains subject to iCake's production capacity and confirmation. Ready-to-go daily cakes remain subject to current store stock.
