Please note: The ‘Inside Flavour’ selection refers to the flavor of the cream filling. Our cake bases are available in Vanilla or Chocolate only. Our chefs will carefully select the best-matching cake base to complement your chosen cream flavor for the optimal taste experience.
Custom Cake Order Notice
Custom cake orders must be placed at least 48 hours before the requested pickup or delivery time, measured in Melbourne local time. All custom orders are subject to production capacity and confirmation by iCake. More notice may be required for especially complex designs, large orders or special materials.
Orders submitted with less than 48 hours’ notice are urgent requests and will proceed only if iCake expressly accepts them.
If iCake is unable to fulfil a confirmed order because the requested design cannot be safely or technically produced, production capacity is full, required materials are unavailable and no suitable alternative is accepted, or for another reason within iCake’s control, iCake will cancel the affected order and provide a full refund of the amount paid for the unfulfilled order.
If a customer cancels because they have changed their mind, provided incorrect or incomplete information, failed to provide requested information or approval in time, or for another customer-related reason, any refund approved by iCake will be subject to a 5% cancellation and administration fee.
If an urgent order placed with less than 48 hours’ notice is not accepted by iCake after payment has been taken, the customer will receive a full refund. The 5% fee is not charged when iCake declines or cannot fulfil the order.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
