*Please be aware on dark colour might blend in to a light colour after its out from the chiller depends on the surrounding temperature.

*To have the best presentation on your table, we might need to slightly chill your cake until it depart from our kitchen or before your pick up time. Please kindly leave a message in ‘Order Notes’ at check out point, if you really have a concern about it.

Can I order a cake for same-day pickup?

Yes, we have ready-to-go cakes available in our stores daily. For customized cakes, availability depends on order volume. We'll do our best to assist you in finding the perfect product.

Can I request a cake delivery?

Yes, we offer cake delivery services within a specific radius of our shop. Delivery charges may apply based on the distance. Please use the delivery calculator on the website or contact us for more details.

What is your cancellation policy?

If iCake cannot fulfil a confirmed order because the design is not safely or technically achievable, production capacity is full, required materials are unavailable and no suitable alternative is accepted, or for another reason within iCake's control, iCake will cancel the affected order and provide a full refund. If a customer cancels because they changed their mind, supplied incorrect or incomplete information, failed to provide requested information or approval in time, or for another customer-related reason, any refund approved by iCake will be reduced by a 5% cancellation and administration fee. The 5% fee does not apply to any remedy required under the Australian Consumer Law. Please see our Delivery and Refund Policy page for full details.

Are your cakes nut-free?

While we take care with allergens, our facility is not entirely nut-free. Customers with severe nut allergies should exercise caution when ordering.

How far in advance should I place my cake order?

Please place a customised cake order at least 48 hours before your requested pickup or delivery time, measured in Melbourne local time. Earlier ordering is recommended for complex designs, large orders or special materials. Every customised order remains subject to iCake's production capacity and confirmation. Ready-to-go daily cakes remain subject to current store stock.

Really appreciated her hardwork and effort! So, the london roll was soft and airy. It was not too sweet despite its blueberry jam filling. The chocolate flavour was not excluded from being so good. It was decently priced as well. The store definitely had different kind of products like cookies, london roll, cake, milkshake, cake decorations, etc. The environment and the vibe of the store was alright as it was just a small store, really recommended to takeaway or pickup.
