Pickup & delivery — what happens next?

At checkout, choose your pickup date, store and time slot, or confirm delivery availability for your address. All required contact and fulfilment details must be completed before payment. A catalogue listing does not reserve a pickup slot.

  • Additional $10 for a second flavour.

    *Most of the cake has 2 layers of cream in between the chiffon, and you can choose different flavours for each layer of cream.

    *Please be aware on some flavours is not suitable to match together as well as some flavours might not be available depending on the cake design itself.

    iCake will notify you if there are any changes that need to be made to your choices.

Yes, we have ready-to-go cakes available in our stores daily. For customized cakes, availability depends on order volume. We'll do our best to assist you in finding the perfect product.

Yes, we offer cake delivery services within a specific radius of our shop. Delivery charges may apply based on the distance. Please use the delivery calculator on the website or contact us for more details.

If iCake cannot fulfil a confirmed order because the design is not safely or technically achievable, production capacity is full, required materials are unavailable and no suitable alternative is accepted, or for another reason within iCake's control, iCake will cancel the affected order and provide a full refund. If a customer cancels because they changed their mind, supplied incorrect or incomplete information, failed to provide requested information or approval in time, or for another customer-related reason, any refund approved by iCake will be reduced by a 5% cancellation and administration fee. The 5% fee does not apply to any remedy required under the Australian Consumer Law. Please see our Delivery and Refund Policy page for full details.

While we take care with allergens, our facility is not entirely nut-free. Customers with severe nut allergies should exercise caution when ordering.

Please place a customised cake order at least 48 hours before your requested pickup or delivery time, measured in Melbourne local time. Earlier ordering is recommended for complex designs, large orders or special materials. Every customised order remains subject to iCake's production capacity and confirmation. Ready-to-go daily cakes remain subject to current store stock.

iCake only real butter in our cakes, we don’t use margarine or butter flavour and Australian trusted premium fresh cream, no artificial cream in our cakes. Please note: The 'Inside Flavour' selection refers to the flavor of the cream filling. Our cake bases are available in Vanilla or Chocolate only. Our chefs will carefully select the best-matching cake base to complement your chosen cream flavor for the optimal taste experience.
