If iCake cannot fulfil a confirmed order because the design is not safely or technically achievable, production capacity is full, required materials are unavailable and no suitable alternative is accepted, or for another reason within iCake's control, iCake will cancel the affected order and provide a full refund. For new orders placed after this policy update was published on 28 October 2026, customer-related cancellation fees depend on the notice before the originally confirmed pickup time or the start of the delivery window, in Melbourne local time: 48 hours or less, 60%; more than 48 hours up to 96 hours, 30%; more than 96 hours up to 7 days (168 hours), 20%; more than 7 days, a 10% processing fee. No additional processing fee is added. Deductions are limited to reasonable cancellation costs and losses, allowing for costs saved and any replacement booking or resale. Earlier orders retain their agreed terms; Today's Special retains its separate change-of-mind terms. These fees do not apply to remedies required under the Australian Consumer Law. While we take care with allergens, our facility is not entirely nut-free. Customers with severe nut allergies should exercise caution when ordering.
