Yes, we have ready-to-go cakes available in our stores daily. For customized cakes, availability depends on order volume. We'll do our best to assist you in finding the perfect product.

Can I request a cake delivery?

Yes, we offer cake delivery services within a specific radius of our shop. Delivery charges may apply based on the distance. Please use the delivery calculator on the website or contact us for more details.

What is your cancellation policy?

If iCake cannot fulfil a confirmed order because the design is not safely or technically achievable, production capacity is full, required materials are unavailable and no suitable alternative is accepted, or for another reason within iCake's control, iCake will cancel the affected order and provide a full refund. For new orders placed after this policy update was published on 28 October 2026, customer-related cancellation fees depend on the notice before the originally confirmed pickup time or the start of the delivery window, in Melbourne local time: 48 hours or less, 60%; more than 48 hours up to 96 hours, 30%; more than 96 hours up to 7 days (168 hours), 20%; more than 7 days, a 10% processing fee. No additional processing fee is added. Deductions are limited to reasonable cancellation costs and losses, allowing for costs saved and any replacement booking or resale. Earlier orders retain their agreed terms; Today's Special retains its separate change-of-mind terms. These fees do not apply to remedies required under the Australian Consumer Law. Please place a customised cake order at least 48 hours before your requested pickup or delivery time, measured in Melbourne local time. Earlier ordering is recommended for complex designs, large orders or special materials. Every customised order remains subject to iCake's production capacity and confirmation. Ready-to-go daily cakes remain subject to current store stock.
