Yes, we offer cake delivery services within a specific radius of our shop. Delivery charges may apply based on the distance. Please use the delivery calculator on the website or contact us for more details.

If iCake cannot fulfil a confirmed order because the design is not safely or technically achievable, production capacity is full, required materials are unavailable and no suitable alternative is accepted, or for another reason within iCake's control, iCake will cancel the affected order and provide a full refund. If a customer cancels because they changed their mind, supplied incorrect or incomplete information, failed to provide requested information or approval in time, or for another customer-related reason, any refund approved by iCake will be reduced by a 5% cancellation and administration fee. The 5% fee does not apply to any remedy required under the Australian Consumer Law. Please see our Delivery and Refund Policy page for full details.

While we take care with allergens, our facility is not entirely nut-free. Customers with severe nut allergies should exercise caution when ordering.

Please place a customised cake order at least 48 hours before your requested pickup or delivery time, measured in Melbourne local time. Earlier ordering is recommended for complex designs, large orders or special materials. Every customised order remains subject to iCake's production capacity and confirmation. Ready-to-go daily cakes remain subject to current store stock.
