If iCake cannot fulfil a confirmed order because the design is not safely or technically achievable, production capacity is full, required materials are unavailable and no suitable alternative is accepted, or for another reason within iCake’s control, iCake will cancel the affected order and provide a full refund. If a customer cancels because they changed their mind, supplied incorrect or incomplete information, failed to provide requested information or approval in time, or for another customer-related reason, any refund approved by iCake will be reduced by a 5% cancellation and administration fee. The 5% fee does not apply to any remedy required under the Australian Consumer Law. Please see our Delivery and Refund Policy page for full details.
