Yes, we have 3 physical storefronts in Melbourne where you can visit and purchase cakes directly. Our friendly staff will be happy to assist you in selecting the perfect cake or answering any questions you may have.

If iCake cannot fulfil a confirmed order because the design is not safely or technically achievable, production capacity is full, required materials are unavailable and no suitable alternative is accepted, or for another reason within iCake's control, iCake will cancel the affected order and provide a full refund. If a customer cancels because they changed their mind, supplied incorrect or incomplete information, failed to provide requested information or approval in time, or for another customer-related reason, any refund approved by iCake will be reduced by a 5% cancellation and administration fee. The 5% fee does not apply to any remedy required under the Australian Consumer Law. Please see our Delivery and Refund Policy page for full details.

While we take care with allergens, our facility is not entirely nut-free. Customers with severe nut allergies should exercise caution when ordering.

We strongly recommend that you do not freeze any of our cakes. Our cakes are made to be fresh, and freezing can alter their texture and moisture. Instead, refrigerate the cake and consume it within 48 hours of receiving it.
